Bergamot essential oil’s light citrus aroma is wonderful to help you get going in the morning or to boost your energy throughout the day. Bergamot relieves stress and anxiety due to the flavonoids in the oil which stimulate the production of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine. This improves nerve function and creates a mild sedative effect, helping relax the body and mind. It's considered a tonic for frazzled nerves and can help soothe anxiety and lift melancholy.

Sweetly herbaceous with notes of tea, clary sage essential oil boasts the rare ability to soothe the stressed nerves and emotions provoked by the hormonal cycle, and has earned the oil the affectionate sobriquet, the "woman's oil".
